Returns & Exchanges

At the 5 Seconds of Summer Official Store, we want you to love your tour merch and apparel, which is why we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
